Frequently Asked Questions

Do you do charity work?
We plan to offer such a thing in the near future for non-profit organizations & noble causes. At this time we are currently only able to accept paid work.

How much does a website cost?
Each project varies depending on its needs. Generally, projects which involve more time, are priced higher. Having said that, most of the sites we create are in the $1k to $25k range. You can request a proposal here.

How long does it take to create a website?
On average, small projects only take one to two weeks and larger projects may take up to six weeks.

How can I manage content on my website?
We've found that Wordpress is the best Content Management Solution for even the smallest online businesses. With whatever webware we install on your website, you will be able to customize & manage most features and all content.

How can we begin working together?
You need to first understand exactly what kind of website you want (ie: Sell products online, Personal Blog, Media Enriched with Syndicated RSS technology, SEO Enhancements & Search Engine Placements), so we are not wasting your money and time. Also, it would be wise to know what kind of features and/or plugins you would like on your site (Flickr, Youtube, Kyte, MySpace, Blogging, Voting & Polls). If you need help determining where to start or what you need, you can always ask us for a proposal; we'll even provide suggestions and recommendations.

How is billing handled?
We would require a deposit before work can take place. Depending on the size of your project, we may need payment milestones, and the final amount is due when your website launches.

Can I track my project online?
Yes. We have a custom built project tracking system, which will allow you to oversee the project's stages. From this tracking system, you can coordinate information, files, and receive instant notifications when visible changes are available for you to view. Aside from this tracking system, we do also encourage live chat and phone sessions to discuss the progress of your website.
